Tracking error-free scanning

The carriage moves almost frictionlessly and is guided exclusively by the stylus. As a result, the TT5 follows the ideal cutting line of the vinyl record without tracking error and enables particularly precise reproduction.

Lubricant-free plain bearing: On the clearaudio TT5, high-precision V4 steel ball bearings run on a polished glass tube to ensure a completely smooth tonearm movement.

Precise bearing technology

High-precision ball bearings made of V4 steel run without lubricant on a precisely polished glass tube. The construction ensures controlled and smooth guidance of the tonearm.

Versatile and customisable: the clearaudio TT5 allows for precise adjustment of VTA, azimuth and tracking force, and works perfectly with the brand’s own turntables.

Flexibly adjustable

VTA, Azimuth and tracking force can be precisely adjusted to the cartridge being used. The TT5 can also be mounted on most common turntables and harmonises particularly well with clearaudio turntables.

Optional with swing base.

If you desire additional convenience when accessing the vinyl record, the TT5 can optionally be combined with the swing base developed by clearaudio. With this smooth-running bearing, the tonearm is simply rotated to the side of the platter.
