clearaudio's flagship record cleaner, the new, enhanced Double Matrix Professional replaces the previous best-selling Double Matrix model.
Described in HiFi News (Ken Kessler, August 2011) as "the perfect record cleaning machine", it offers the following features:
- Powerful, optimised vacuum cleaning device with overheat sensor
- Significantly reduced noise levels during operation
- Cleans both sides simultaneously within 1 minute, providing improved efficiency while also removing the problem of putting a clean A-side on a platter that was just in contact with a dirty B-side
- Continuously adjustable rotation speed and direction change
- Attractive and robust aluminium chassis, with matte finish
- Suitable for professional-level continuous operation, due to high quality component parts.
